It's quite obvious, to be honest. Just talk about what's happening in the game at the moment you're playing, but don't be afraid to go a little off-topic and get carried away by telling the audience about different things generally related to the game or gaming overall - this will make the video even more interesting. Also, you could ask another person to record their voice with yours and start conversations about the content whilst doing so.

The most important thing, however, is to not make it sound scripted. Videos offering advice and reviews should use scripts (they're better that way), but "let's play"'s need to sound natural and the potential of recording audio whilst playing the game (and recording the content at the same time) is huge - though a little bit more difficult than recording over pre-recorded footage in some aspects as well, I guess.

well i have made the first part of the lets play but i have to record it again as i may have got angry with the sound recording and the game and i may i have started swearing and shouting abuse at my sister when she came into my room as i was recording and i went slightly insane after and said some random words while i was playing and it made no sense at all. but that means i can take all of the things you said i should do into account so thank you crimson for your help.

You're welcome. And don't lose hope if it doesn't work on your first try - it took me a long time to get everything working for my Skyrim let's plays as well.

yeah, the deal is, let it come naturally.. what would you be saying/thinking while playing even if you weren't recording try to be interesting, be comfortable ;D
